Creating Social Media Lower Thirds with After Effects

If you don't want to make this yourself, you can find the easy-to-use template here

In this tutorial, we will show you how to create lower thirds for social media using Adobe After Effects. Start by creating a new composition with a 2000x2000 dimension in After Effects. This will be the workspace where you will drag the social media logo you want to use. For example, we will be using the Instagram logo from our assets folder.

Save the composition and lower the scale of your logo to ensure you have enough space for the pop effect. Open the fill color and text from your effects options. You can change the fill color to transparent or adjust the stroke to your preferred style and color. Additionally, you can modify the size or shape of your stroke from the stroke settings.
