In this video, we will show you how to create the color shift overlay using Adobe After Effects. You can use this effect on any background and in any project you wish to create.

First, create a new 10-second full HD composition and rename it to "fractal noise comp." Create solid layers for your background and the effects you will use to achieve this overlay. Look for "fractal noise" in the effects and presets, and apply it to your solid layer. Adjust the complexity, contrast, and brightness of your fractal noise.
