First, secure your video file recorded in full HD. We will make this video look like a very old film. Drag your footage into a new composition in After Effects. Change your resolution to give it an older look.
To complete the VHS look, place the footage into a frame. Adjust the length of the frame or trim the video so the overlay covers the footage from end to end.
