In this tutorial, we will show you how to create the rolling film transition in Adobe Premiere Pro. You can use video footage or images that you will import into your sequence. Once you have your footage or images lined up, create a new adjustment layer for your transition.

Trim your video to the size of your transition effect so it fits perfectly. At the beginning of the transition, drag the distort offset effect from the video effects option. Click on the stopwatch to toggle animation, allowing you to create a keyframe. You can offset your transition vertically or horizontally. Ensure it extends exactly to the end of the timeline.
