Today we’ll show you how to import a composition from one project in Adobe After Effects to another project that you’re currently working on. It might sound simple, but it can be a bit tricky.

For example, if you have a composition for lower thirds or a title that you bought from a website, and you want to use it in another project you're working on, you can export that composition and import it into your current project. You can then change the text and make any other adjustments you need.
