Refunds & Access Issues

We want you to feel totally confident about your purchase, whether it's a subscription, a lifetime plan, a course or a coaching call or something else, you get a full refund within 30-days, if you are not satisfied.

• Subscription or lifetime plan: You can try it out risk free, and if you ask a refund within 30 days because you're not happy with what we deliver, you get all your money back.
  

• Next Level Editing University: You can try the university for 30 days, completely risk-free. If it’s not what you expected, or you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll give you a full refund. No hoops. No forms. No stress.

• Coaching Calls: If you’ve booked a 1-on-1 and need to cancel, let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll refund or reschedule. If you’re not satisfied with your session, just tell us and we’ll make it right.
