These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of filmbro.com (the "Site") and any Digital Products purchased or downloaded through it. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site is operated by CreatorGalaxy BV, trading as Filmbro, registered in Belgium ("Filmbro," "we," "us" or "our").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on Filmbro. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

To download Digital Products or manage a paid plan, you'll need to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately at hello@filmbro.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Plans and pricing

Filmbro offers the following plans:

  • Free Plan — access to a selection of free Digital Products for personal, non-commercial use, subject to download limits described on the Site
  • Annual Plan — a 12-month subscription granting access to the full library for personal and commercial use, billed annually and auto-renewing unless cancelled
  • Lifetime Plan — a one-time payment granting permanent access to the full library for personal and commercial use, with no recurring fees

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time; changes will not affect plans already purchased.

4. Digital Products and licensing

All templates, LUTs, and other digital assets available on Filmbro ("Digital Products") are licensed, not sold, to you. Your rights to use Digital Products are governed by our License Agreement and End User License Agreement, which form part of these Terms.

In short: Free Plan downloads are for personal use only; Annual and Lifetime Plan downloads may also be used commercially. Reselling or redistributing raw Digital Products is never permitted under any plan.

5. Payment and refunds

Payments for Annual and Lifetime Plans are processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied within 30 days of your original purchase, contact us at hello@filmbro.com for a full refund, no questions asked. 6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site or download Digital Products at scale
  • Resell, redistribute, or share Digital Products outside the terms of our License Agreement
  • Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content via our contact forms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Filmbro brand, logo, website design, and Digital Products — is owned by or licensed to CreatorGalaxy BV and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Filmbro intellectual property to you, except the limited usage rights described in our License Agreement.

8. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services to operate, including Shopify (e-commerce platform), Cloudflare (file delivery and spam protection), and Kit/ConvertKit (newsletter, if you subscribe). Your use of the Site is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Digital Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly set out in our End User License Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filmbro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Digital Products. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled by the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
