In this video, we will show you how to animate yourself getting hit by a car using Adobe After Effects. Begin by preparing three items for this animation: a car path where a car drives in front of the camera, footage of you talking to the camera, and an audio file that replicates the sound of getting hit by a car.

Once you have all three, create a new composition and drag in your footage. Place the footage of the car passing by at the top of your composition. Next, find the spot where you get hit by the car.
