If you've purchased an Annual Plan or Lifetime Plan and aren't satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@filmbro.com with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within a few business days.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the Filmbro template library ends and your license to use any Digital Products downloaded under that plan is revoked — except for any Digital Product(s) already incorporated into a finished, published project. You may continue using that specific finished project, but should not use the raw Digital Product(s) in any new projects going forward.

After the 30-day window

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Free Plan

The Free Plan carries no charge, so no refund applies.

Annual Plan renewals

If your Annual Plan renews automatically and you didn't intend to continue, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we'll treat it the same as a new purchase under our money-back guarantee.
